See your due dates with a private link
Add your Ring List link to Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google Calendar, and your due dates show there and keep up as you change them in Ring List.
Ring List gives you a private link to a calendar of your due dates. Add it to your calendar app once, and every open task with a due date shows there, from all your lists. Change dates in Ring List, not in the calendar.

Add it to your calendar
Open Settings › Plan. Under See your due dates in your calendar, press your calendar’s button:
Apple Calendar
Press Apple Calendar, then accept when your iPhone, iPad or Mac offers to subscribe. The button isn’t shown on Android.
Outlook
Press Outlook. Outlook.com opens with the link filled in: press Import.
With a work or school account, press Copy link instead. Then in Outlook’s Calendar, choose Add calendar › Subscribe from web, paste the link and press Import.
Google Calendar
Press Google Calendar. (It isn’t there while Keep your due dates in Google Calendar is ticked: your due dates are in Google already.) Google Calendar opens in a new tab and asks whether to add the calendar: say yes.
Or press Copy link, then on a computer at calendar.google.com press + beside Other calendars › From URL, paste it and press Add calendar.
In each one, a calendar called Ring List (view only) appears. (One added before November 2026 is called Ring List.)
How long changes take
Your calendar app decides when to look for changes. Google Calendar can take several hours, sometimes a day; Outlook a few hours. Ring List can’t make it look sooner.
Using Google Calendar? Keep your due dates in Google Calendar instead: changes arrive in seconds and work both ways. Don’t use both in Google, or every due date shows twice.
Keep it private
Anyone who has the link can see your tasks’ words. If it gets out, press Make a new link, then Make a new link again to confirm. The old link stops working at once. Remove the old Ring List calendar from each calendar app, and add the new link.
Good to know
- Most repeating tasks repeat in your calendar too. The rest show their next date.
- Finished tasks, Won’t do, habits, tasks in a plain list or the sample list, and the days you plan tasks for aren’t in it.
- Lists shared with you are included.
