Your account and your space
See which email you’re signed in with and how much space your pictures and files use, clear away old finished tasks, and send feedback.
Tap or click ⚙, then Account. It shows:
- Signed in as your email. That email is your account: sign in with it on each device to see the same lists.
- Pictures and files: how much of your space you’ve used, say “120 MB of 1 GB”.
- Sign out. See Sign in and out.
- Ring List version. When a newer one is ready, it says so, with Reload.
Your space for pictures and files
Each person has 1 GB for the pictures and files under their tasks, and one file can be up to 10 MB. Your lists’ words don’t count.
When it’s full, the choices to attach a picture or file are grayed out. Delete a few you no longer need, and the space comes back at once.
Clear away finished tasks
In Settings › General, turn Clear away finished tasks on, and once a day Ring List deletes the tasks you finished, or closed as Won’t do, more than 30 days ago.
- A finished task with a subtask still open stays.
- The Light you earned for them stays.
- It’s the same on all your devices. A list shared with you follows its owner’s setting.
Send feedback
Something not working, or an idea? Tap or click 🐞 at the top right of any page, write what happened, and press Send.
What goes with it: the app’s version, the page you’re on, your browser and screen, and any errors the page hit. Your lists aren’t sent, unless you’re in a list and tick Include the list I’m looking at.
Delete your data
There’s no button for this yet. Use 🐞 to ask, from the account you want deleted, and the people running Ring List will delete it for you.
