See your Google Calendar in Today’s Plan
Connect Google Calendar and the day’s events show in gray above your tasks in Today’s Plan. Ring List only reads your calendar, never changes it.
Connect your Google Calendar once, and Today’s Plan shows the day’s events above your tasks.

Connect it
- Open Settings, choose Plan, and under Calendar press Connect Google Calendar.
- Google’s page opens. Choose your Google account, and allow Ring List to see your calendars.
- You’re back on Today’s Plan, with the day’s events.
Connecting only lets Ring List read your calendars. It never adds, changes or deletes anything in them.
Choose which calendars show
At first only your main calendar shows. To add a family or work calendar, go back to Settings › Plan and tick it under Show in Today’s Plan:. You can tick up to ten.
That list only shows when your Google account has more than one calendar.
What the events look like
- Gray rows with the time, all-day events first. One that’s over is fainter, and a line shows where you are in the day.
- They can’t be ticked off, moved or changed. Change them in Google Calendar.
- Events you declined don’t show.
- Changes made in Google show when you open Today’s Plan again, up to ten minutes later.
Events also show in the Calendar view of your lists.
Busy days
If Claude plans your day each morning, it plans fewer tasks on a day full of meetings. Only how many hours you’re busy goes to Claude, never what your events are.
Disconnect
In Settings › Plan, press Disconnect beside Connected:. It happens at once. Google’s events leave Today’s Plan, and Ring List gives up its access at Google. Calendars you added by their address stay. If you keep your due dates in Google Calendar, that stops too, and its calendar stays in Google as it is.
