Look at it
- A picture: tap or click it to see it full-screen. Swipe, or press ← →, to see the task’s other pictures.
- A file or a link: tap or click it, and it opens in a new tab.
Rename, move or remove it
- Remove it: while you edit the task, tap the ✕ on it. On a computer, the ✕ also shows when you point at it. A note says Removed “…”, with Undo.
- Its menu: hold it on a phone, or right-click it on a computer. There you’ll find Rename…, Open (for a link, Copy link), Move to a task… and Delete. On a computer you can also drag it onto another task.
A section’s title and the list’s own title can have pictures and files too, from their menus’ 📎 Attach.
Limits
- 20 pictures, files and links on one task.
- A file up to 10 MB. Pictures are made smaller before they’re sent, so a big photo is fine.
- 1 GB in all. Settings › Account shows how much you’ve used.
Only people who can open the list can see what’s attached to it.
