Calendars: which one do I want?
Ring List works with calendars four ways: your events in Today’s Plan, due dates kept in Google both ways, a link for any calendar, or one task at a time.
Pick by what you want to see, and where. The first three are in Settings › Plan, under Calendar.

Your calendar in Ring List
- Your meetings and events in Today’s Plan, above your tasks. For anyone with a busy calendar. With Google, connect Google Calendar. With Outlook, iCloud or another, add it by its address.
Your due dates in your calendar
- Both ways, in Google Calendar. Your due dates go to Google, and moving or renaming an event there changes the task. For people who live in Google Calendar. See Keep your due dates in Google Calendar.
- One way, in any calendar. A private link shows your due dates in Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google Calendar. You change them in Ring List only. See See your due dates with a private link.
- One task, once. A copy of one task’s due date in Google Calendar, below.
Add one task to Google Calendar
- Tap the task’s due date (such as Fri), or on a computer click it.
- On the 📅 Due tab, press Add to Google Calendar.
- Google Calendar opens with the event filled in. Press Save there.
It’s a copy: if the task’s date changes later, the event doesn’t move. To keep every due date up to date, use one of the two above.
