Tell Ring List what to do
Tap ✨, then type or say what you want: add, change, finish or find tasks, many at once. You see every change before it happens.
Tap ✨ at the top right, and say what you want in your own words. Ring List shows what it will do, and nothing changes until you say yes.

Ask
- Tap ✨.
- Type what you want, or tap 🎤 in the box and talk.
- Tap Next, or on a computer press Enter.
Say as much as you like at once. A messy list of everything on your mind works: each thing becomes its own task, with its date, in the list it fits.
Check it, then do it
Each line is one change, ticked. Untick any you don’t want, then tap Do it (or Do these for several).
Ring List opens the page with the changes. Undo in the note at the bottom takes all of them back at once. Closing the card with ✕ changes nothing.
Not quite?
Type what’s wrong in the Not quite? Say what to change box under the lines (“No, put it under Family”) and tap Fix it. You get a new set of lines in place of the old ones. Say something else goes back to your words.
Things you can say
| To | Say |
|---|---|
| Add | “Add buy milk” |
| Set a time | “The dentist is Thursday at 2:30” |
| Remind you | “Remind me to call Mom at 5” |
| Finish | “Done with the passport” |
| Plan | “Take the report out of today’s plan” |
| Find | “Where’s the task about the roof?” |
| Ask | “What’s due this week?” |
A task it finds shows with →: tap it to go there.
Teach it
Say “Remember that Taya is my daughter”, and a 💡 Remember line comes up, ticked like the others. Once it remembers something, What Ring List remembers shows under Next: tap it to see what it knows, and ✕ beside a fact to forget it.
