Share a list
Open a list’s ring menu on Ring Lists, choose Share…, and type their email. They can edit it with you, or only view it.

Share it
- On Ring Lists, open the list’s menu: on a phone, hold its ring until it buzzes, then let go; on a computer, right-click its ring.
- Choose Share….
- Type their email in Their email.
- Choose Can edit or Can view.
- Press Share.
A note says Shared with their email. The list’s ring now has a small two-person mark before its counts.
What they can do
- Can edit: everything you can do in the list, except delete it or change who’s in it.
- Can view: they see the list and its changes, but can’t tick off, add, change or delete anything.
What they get
An email with a link to the list. It’s on their Ring Lists too, with the same mark.
Someone who isn’t on Ring List yet is invited by this: the email asks them to sign in with that address, and the list is there when they do.
If the note adds The email telling them couldn’t be sent, so let them know yourself, the list is shared all the same: tell them it’s on their Ring Lists.
Change or remove someone

Open Share… again. Beside each person:
- Their Can edit or Can view menu changes what they can do, at once.
- Remove takes the list away from them, at once. It leaves their Ring Lists and their Today’s Plan.
Good to know
- Only you, the list’s owner, can share it, change who’s in it, or delete it.
- A list can have up to 50 people, you among them.
- They’re in it already means that email has the list already.
