What each mark beside a task, on a section’s title, on a ring and in the top bar means, from !!! and 🐸 to ↻, ⏳ and the day ring.

A word with @ in front, like @phone, is a tag.

Mark	Means
Today, Tomorrow, Fri, Oct 30	Due date
Red date	Overdue
↻	Repeats
🔔 and a time	A reminder
⏰	Snoozed
☀️ Today, ☀️ Fri	Planned for that day
2 of 3 days	Day 2 of a task planned across 3 days
⏳ and 7d	Waiting on someone, for 7 days
🌱 and a small ring	A habit; a number by the ring is its streak
A small ring alone	Focus is running on it
Won’t do	Closed without doing it: see Won’t do
✕	Delete it (on a computer)

Tap or click a date, 🔔 or a ☀️ for another day to change it. ☀️ Today takes you to the task in Today’s Plan.

−	Take it out of the plan (it stays in its list)
✕	Delete an Inbox task
⏱	Start Focus on the next task

The ring’s fill	How much of the list is finished
✓ inside	Everything is finished
3 open · 2 done	Tasks left, and finished
📅 1 late · 2 today	Overdue or due today; red when one is late
!!! 2	Open tasks marked !!!
Two people	The list is shared
