What Ring List does for you
Ring List keeps your to-do lists on your phone and computer, gets tasks in fast, and helps you pick what to do today.
Ring List keeps all your to-do lists in one place, on your phone and your computer, and helps you choose what to do today.

What it does
- Gets things in fast. Type a task, or press ✨ and say what you want in your own words. Talkpad takes tasks as you talk, Nitepad lets you scribble an idea in the dark, and you can forward an email to turn it into tasks.
- Plans your day. Today’s Plan is a short list of what you’ll do today, picked from all your lists. With AI on, Claude can have it ready each morning.
- Keeps dates in order. Due dates show when they’re close or late, reminders arrive even with Ring List closed, and a task you can’t do yet can be snoozed until it can.
- Shows how far along you are. Each list is a ring that fills as you finish its tasks.
- Makes finishing count. Every task you tick off earns Light ✦, toward a goal for the day.
- Works with your calendar. Your calendar’s events show in Today’s Plan, and your due dates can show in your calendar. See which calendar way to use.
- Goes where you go. The same lists on your phone and computer, saved as you go, and working with no connection. Install it to open it like an app.
Good to know
- Everything works without AI. Claude only suggests: nothing changes until you accept it. See AI and your privacy.
- Coming from another app? Bring your lists along.
- You can share a list with someone to work on together.
