Move to Ring List from another appBring your lists from Todoist, TickTick, Google Keep and other apps. On Ring Lists, tap the + circle, then import, and choose the file.Import from TodoistDownload a backup from Todoist on a computer, or a CSV file for each project, then choose it in Ring List’s Import card.Import from TickTickMake a backup on TickTick’s website, a .csv file with all your lists, then choose it in Ring List’s Import card.Import from Google TasksExport your tasks with Google Takeout, a .zip file Google emails you a link to, then choose it in Ring List’s Import card.Import from Google KeepExport your notes with Google Takeout, then choose the .zip file in Ring List. Bring them in as one list, a list for each label, or a list for each note.Import from Apple RemindersReminders has no Export. Save each list as an .ics file with the free EasyReminder ICS app, or every list at once with a shortcut, then import it.Import from Things 3On a Mac, quit Things, compress its database in the Finder, and import the .zip. Projects become lists, grouped by area, and Today lands in Today’s Plan.Import from OmniFocusExport OmniFocus to a CSV file and import it: each project becomes a list. To keep repeats, copy the projects as TaskPaper on a Mac instead.Import from TaskPaperPick your .taskpaper files: each becomes a list, its projects become sections, and its tags become labels, with @done tasks finished.Import from Any.doAny.do shares one list at a time as a file, and emails your finished tasks. Pick those files with From set to Any.do, and each list comes over. After an importCheck what came in, find what didn’t, or take the whole import back with Undo in the message, which lasts 10 seconds.Back up a list or take it elsewhereA ring’s menu downloads its list as a file: a full backup to bring it back later, or clean Markdown for another app. It’s one list at a time.
