Sign in and out
Sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, or with Google. There’s no password. Ring List is invite-only for now.
There’s no password: Ring List emails you a code each time you sign in on a new phone or computer.
Sign in with your email
- Go to ringlist.ai and press Sign in.
- Type your email address and press Email me a code.
- Open the email from Ring List and type its 6-digit code. You’re signed in as soon as the sixth digit is in.
Instead of typing the code, you can open the link in the email and press Sign in. On a phone where Ring List is installed, type the code: the link opens your browser, not the app.
The code and the link work once, for 15 minutes. No email? Check your spam folder, then press Send a new code. Typed the wrong address? Press Use a different email.
Sign in with Google
Press Continue with Google and pick your Google account. It’s the same Ring List account as signing in with that Google account’s email address.
Invite-only for now
Ring List is in a closed beta, so only invited email addresses can sign in. Anything else gets “Ring List is invite-only for now, and this email isn’t on the list.”
To ask for an invite, go to ringlist.ai, type your email under Ring List is in a closed beta, and press Ask for an invite. Someone who shares a list with you invites you too: sign in with the address they shared it with.
If the code doesn’t work
- “That code isn’t right.” Check the email and type it again. After five wrong tries the code stops working.
- “That code has run out.” Press Send a new code.
- “That’s a lot of codes.” Wait a little while, then try again.
Stay signed in, or sign out
Sign in on each phone and computer you use: your lists are the same on all of them. Each stays signed in until you sign out there, or until you haven’t used it for a year.
To sign out, press ⚙, then Account, then Sign out. Nothing of yours is left on that device, and your others stay signed in.
